The first graders have been batty! (Pun intended) They have been studying pumpkins. They have estimated and counted seeds in the pumpkin, used adjectives to describe the inside of the pumpkin, and have worked on fact families using bats. They have participated in Octoberfest and enjoyed the nice weather outside.
