We had our school wide Fall Festival! PTO organized 6 stations for students to rotate through on Friday afternoon. Community members came to share things they do and parent volunteers helped in each station. Students listened to stories read by a WV Read Aloud reader, went on a tractor hayride around the field and learned about how hay is baled and machines used to do the work, students created a pumpkin craft along with a treat, learned all about bugs by a local entomologist, explored a local fire department fire truck, and heard a read aloud and craft with local family support center. Students enjoyed all the wonderful activities and learning about fascinating things people in our community do!
